"Disappointing packaging and no real updates"
I ordered from Bialetti the whole thing left me feeling a bit in the dark. The package showed up in a thin box that was already half crushed, and there was barely any protection inside. The product was just rattling around in there and even had a few small marks on it when I opened it. For the price, I really expected better packing and a little more care. It felt like nobody checked it before sending it out.

"Didn’t hold up like I expected"
I bought a Bialetti moka pot thinking, you know, this was something that would last me for years. But after just a few months, the handle started getting loose and the seal went bad. I wasn’t using it heavily either, not even every day, just normal use. So yeah, for the price, I was disappointed with the quality.

"They used to be more reliable"
I ordered two gaskets and somehow ended up with coffee instead. I’ve ordered from them before and it used to be a much smoother experience, so this was disappointing. I contacted support, but they still haven’t fixed it or sent the right items.

"Way too much work to use"
Using this was more effort than it should’ve been. I kept trying to find what I needed and just ended up getting annoyed and frustrated. It shouldn’t take that much work to figure things out.

"I’ll admit it looks really nice..."
I’ll admit it looks really nice, so I get why people like it, but cleaning it has been so annoying. Coffee grounds get stuck in all these little spots, and I feel like I have to spend forever rinsing and scrubbing after every single use. Maybe it doesn’t bother other people, but for me, it’s just way more hassle than it should be

I ordered from bialetti and overall I’m happy with the product. It works well and I haven’t had any real issues, but for the price I was expecting a little more, or at least cheaper shipping. It’s a solid purchase, I’m just not totally convinced the value is amazing

I ordered because I’d always trusted the brand, but this last experience really let me down. They made it sound like everything would be handled smoothly and on time, but the promises didn’t match what actually happened. It’s frustrating when a company builds up that kind of trust and then doesn’t deliver...

I was trying to order a few replacement parts, but almost everything I needed was out of stock. I checked back a couple more times thinking it might just be bad timing, but still no luck. The site itself is easy to use, but something feels off when so many basics aren’t available. It’s not very helpful if you can browse everything but can’t actually buy what you need.

I picked up a Bialetti moka pot thinking it would be a safe bet, but I started noticing little red flags quickly. First it just felt kind of cheap in the hand, then after only a few uses the handle started getting loose. Now the seal doesn’t seem to sit properly, so coffee leaks out when I use it. Maybe I got a bad one, but the pattern was clear: every time I used it, something felt a bit more off. I expected better from this brand, so yeah, I’m disappointed.

"Not Suitable for Induction Cooktops"
I was a bit disappointed with this because it’s really not induction-friendly at all. I tried using it on my induction cooktop, and it just didn’t work as expected. The quality may be fine otherwise, but if you’re buying it specifically for induction use, I’d say skip it.

"Still Waiting on a Coffee Maker That Never Showed Up"
I ordered a coffee maker and for some reason the tracking just stopped updating. I reached out to support a few times, but they basically kept telling me to wait, like that was going to magically make it appear. Weeks later, still no package. Frustrating, and it feels like nobody really took responsibility for figuring out where it went.

"Slow shipping and not much communication"
I ordered from bialetti.com and, at least from what I remember, the shipping felt really slow. There were a few days where I don’t recall getting any clear updates, and it ended up arriving much later than I expected. Maybe I’m forgetting some small notification along the way, but overall it didn’t feel very smooth. I’d probably avoid ordering direct again if I needed something quickly.

"Love the classic look"
I ordered from Bialetti mainly because Ive always liked the classic style of their moka pots. Its simple, but it has that old Italian kitchen vibe that looks really nice sitting on my counter. The website was easy to browse too, with lots of good photos and color options without feeling overdone. My only small complaint is that a few pages felt a little crowded on mobile. Overall though, Im happy with it and would give it 4 stars.

"Warranty got sorted, but it wore me out"
I had a problem with my Bialetti pot and reached out to warranty support. To be fair, they did respond and everything got resolved in the end, but it took way more back-and-forth emails than I expected. The replies were a bit slow too, which made the whole thing feel more mentally draining than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly smooth either.

I’m disappointed with this. It says it makes 6 cups, but it barely fills my two small mugs, so the sizing feels way off. I bought it expecting a lot more, and I’d appreciate some kind of compensation or refund because it doesn’t match what was advertised

"Customer service seems to vanish"
I ordered from bialetti.com and ran into an issue with my delivery. No big deal, things happen, so I emailed customer service thinking I’d just get a quick update and move on with my life.
I ended up emailing twice, got a generic response days later that didn’t actually answer anything, then heard absolutely nothing after I followed up. Totally fine, I guess, if the goal was to make me calmly question why I had to chase a well-known brand for a basic answer.
